Frontend Developer
A training program helping people and communities navigate AI-mediated work environments, with explicit priority on women and people over 45. It rests on three pillars: personalized learning through adaptive algorithms, specialized mentoring and gamification. I built LMS interfaces: learning journeys, AI mentor chat, flashcards, quizzes and skill progress visualization. tomorrow.media develops it under contract with UTEC, the Technological University of Uruguay.
